Who produces Oktoberfest Reston? This event is produced by the Greater Reston Chamber of Commerce.

When and where does it take place? Oktoberfest Reston took place at the Reston Town Center (11900 Market Street, Reston VA 20190) on Saturday, October 8 from Noon – 11 PM. The Oktoberfest Reston Pumpkin 5K & Kids’ Pumpkin Dash Sunday, October 9 with an 8:15 AM start.

How much does it cost to attend? Admission to Oktoberfest Reston is free of charge, but food and carnival tickets are necessary to sample food and drinks or take a spin on your favorite carnival ride. You can buy tickets at the event; we accept cash and credit cards.

How much does food, wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages cost? This depends on what each restaurant charges in tickets, but all food samples range from one to five tickets in cost. Beer and wine range from 5-6 tickets, and non-alcoholic beverages cost 1 ticket.

Is this event kid and family friendly? Yes! We welcome guests of all ages.

Can I bring my dog? Yes – pets are allowed.

Is there free parking? Yes—you can park your car at any of the lots around Reston Town Center.

How can I sign up to participate? You can apply for a sponsorship or exhibit/restaurant booth. You can also sign up to volunteer as an individual or corporate group.


From I-495 take the Dulles Toll Road (Exit 67, Rt. 267 west) to Reston Parkway exit (Exit 12). Turn right on Reston Parkway then left on New Dominion Parkway (3rd light).

From Washington D.C. take I-66 west. Merge right onto Rt. 267 (Dulles Toll Road)/Dulles Access Road. When the road splits, stay in the right-hand lanes. Follow Rt. 267 (Dulles Toll Road). Pass under I-495 and proceed as described above.

From Eastern Loudoun County take Dulles Greenway/Dulles Toll Road to Reston Parkway exit (Exit 12) and turn left on Reston Parkway. Turn left on New Dominion Parkway (4th light).
